Parshvam Steel Corporation is a partnership firm established in 1992, engaged in the trading and distribution of Mild Steel products. We are not a manufacturer. Product descriptions on this website describe goods we supply from our trading stock and from manufacturers we source.

3. Enquiries, quotations, and orders

This website is an information and enquiry channel. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract of sale. Prices, quantities, grades, delivery timelines, and payment terms are confirmed only in a written quotation or order confirmation issued by us.

• Quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quotation, or 7 days if no period is stated, and are subject to stock availability.
• We may refuse or cancel an enquiry or order if the information supplied is incomplete, or if we cannot fulfil the request.
• Title to goods remains with Parshvam Steel Corporation until we receive full payment. Risk passes in accordance with the delivery terms agreed in writing.

4. WhatsApp and other electronic communications

If you message our WhatsApp Business account, call us, or email us, you agree that we may reply on the same channel about your enquiry. WhatsApp messages are processed through our Business Solution Provider, DoubleTick, and Meta’s WhatsApp platform.

Electronic communications (including WhatsApp messages and emails) may be used as records of an enquiry. They do not replace a written order confirmation. You can stop WhatsApp messages by replying STOP. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information on these channels.

5. Intellectual property
